DREAM THEATER filmó los pasados sábado 19 y lunes 20 de agosto sendos conciertos en el estadio Luna Park de Buenos Aires, Argentina. El material será lanzado en DVD en 2013.
La banda trabajó con un cuarteto de cuerda en estas actuaciones, con los que interpretó las canciones "Beneath The Surface", "Far From Heaven", "The Silent Man" y "Wait For Sleep". El teclista Jordan Rudess conoció en Internet al músico turco Eren Basburg y de ahí surgió la idea de añadir una parte orquestal a sus teclados.
"Tocamos cada canción con el cuarteto un par de veces en la prueba de sonido", explicó el guitarrista John Petrucci. "Probablemente pasamos una hora en asegurarnos de que estaban cómodos y de que sabían algunas partes concretas. Tocamos los temas como lo hacemos siempre y ellos nos siguieron. En "Beneath The Surface", "Far From Heaven", básicamente tocaron los arreglos que hay en el disco. Se crearon arreglos nuevos para "The Silent Man" y "Wait For Sleep".
