"Yen" de SLIPKNOT se recrea en los ritmos lentos

Es el segundo single de "The End, So Far" de los de Iowa

SLIPKNOT ha desvelado "Yen", una nueva canción de "The End, So Far", el álbum que Roadrunner editará el 30 de septiembre.

El tema, cuyo videoclip podéis ver tras estas líneas, es descrito como "una exhibición de la excepcional gama de SLIPKNOT y muestra a una de las bandas más populares y profundamente enigmáticas del mundo trazando implacablemente nuevos caminos mientras continúan redefiniendo, revitalizando y reimaginando el alcance de la música Rock".

Shawn 'Clown' Crahan, percusionista del grupo estadounidense, comenta sobre el disco: “Nueva música, nuevo arte y nuevos comienzos. Prepárate para el final”.

Hace poco más de un año, Crahan se refirió a este nuevo disco como "la música de Dios" y "el centro de la bestia", además de confirmar que sería su último trabajo con Roadrunner.

"The Dying Song (Time To Sing)" fue el primer single de "The End So Far", y además el primer vídeo desde que la banda filmase "The Chapeltown Rag", el anterior sencillo. En el videoclip, que ha sido dirigido por el propio M. Shawn Crahan, podemos ver las nuevas máscaras de los de Iowa:
